| Does ElyPC keep credit card information? |
| Even though ElyPC is run on secure servers, and is audited daily, we do not store customer credit card information on ElyPC operated servers or databases. Any credit card information is stored for future reference on ElyPC’s credit card processor’s servers. These servers are not located on or near the ElyPC office. |

| Is a secure website? |

Absolutely! ElyPC uses 128 bit SSL encryption on all information that is sent to us from a customer. Credit Card information is even encrypted before it reaches our servers in order to protect the customer further. |

| Why does ElyPC store credit card information? |
| Credit card information is stored on our credit card processor’s servers in order to allow a quicker check out process, and to allow ElyPC personnel to verify and detect fraudulent orders. |

| Who can view my information? |
| ElyPC will only use your information to process your order, and personal information will never be viewed or sold to any outside operations. ElyPC will allow our credit card processor to view you information, but only to the extent that it is necessary to process your order. |
