For dropped off pcs or in-home visits related only to virus removal, ElyPC has special rates that are not charged hourly. ElyPC specialize in removing all types of viruses. In certain circumstances, ElyPC could have to reinstall your system to remove a virus. This could cause me to have to remove some programs that will require the cd in order to be reinstalled. ElyPC will call any customer before ElyPC perform this reinstillation.

Unresolvable Issues
If there is any instance that ElyPC can not diagnose your problem, whether at your home or for dropped off pcs, ElyPC will waive all charges including the $20 at home visit fee.
If the solution to removing your virus requires me to re-install your operating system, and you do not choose to continue, there will be no refunds, and ElyPC have to switch over to charging the visit at my normal hourly rate.
